RETURNS ✨
Before starting a return, please contact us first via email at help@myislam.store.
Please note: at the moment, we are not able to issue money refunds. Instead, we’ll provide you with a store credit (discount code) equal to the value of your order 💌.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, in original condition and with all tags attached. If our care team feels these conditions are not met, it is at their discretion to refuse the return. Should this happen, your item will be sent back to you.
⚠️ Important: Personalized products (e.g. items with custom embroidery, names or other personal touches) are excluded from returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
EXCHANGES 🌸
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
