Please note: since our products are personalized prayer rugs and accessories, they are custom-made just for you. According to consumer law, personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. 💌

Non-returnable items

• Personalized prayer rugs (with name embroidery)

• Custom-made sets (including Qurans, prayer beads, or accessories)

• Gift cards

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our care team will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Claims after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

• Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
